Over the years we have consistently delivered a clear message about our commitment to a high-quality service: we are indeed at your beck and call! Within the Beck and Call Group, Beck and Call Commercial Ltd is a commercial cleaning services business where we rank with the best industry providers (some of our clients are listed below); Beck and Call Direct Limited arranges placements for a range of domestic cleaning services and other specific tasks, including recruitment.
At a time when automatic allocation platforms are the norm, we differ from them because of our personal care and attention to all that we do. Whether you are booking service for your property or business, we talk to you, we listen to you, we advise, and we make sure there is impeccable service delivery.
We do not operate from an overseas call centre. Our main office is located in Blackheath, London, on the edge of Greenwich Park. You are welcome to visit us, meet our team and see how we work. We are always happy to provide advice, discuss your requirements and demonstrate the office support and customer service that have helped us build long-term relationships with clients across London.
Our clients range from small flats to upmarket properties in some of London’s most desirable locations; from restaurants, pubs and shops to schools, offices and embassies; and from large organisations such as Bright Horizons to boutique businesses such as Josh Wood Atelier.
Many customers initially contact us on a one-off basis and later return as regular clients. They know they can rely on our judgement, professionalism and discretion when managing specific accounts where bespoke arrangements, attention to detail and confidentiality are required. Meet The Managers
Angela
Angela manages VIP accounts and key operational aspects of the business. She has experience as a head housekeeper with premier London hotels as well as household and property management at all levels - from commercial accounts to premier London and estate properties. Angela has a passion for the arts, and she also takes an interest in customer relationship management.
Ivan
Ivan is in charge of commercial accounts. Prior to his work with Beck and Call, Ivan was a manager with Hilton and Swissotel. He has brought in the best hospitality business practice, operational, and customer care standards. Ivan has also worked as a project manager with DFID and the Foreign Office. He has an MBA in Hospitality. Outside of work, his interests are linked to his love of literature, hiking, and nature.Clients About Us
